Dr. Sterling L. Carter
Stephen Levi Carter, MBA
Dr. Sterling Carter CEO of PTCS has been working as a Physical Therapist for over 20 years and has owned several outpatient physical therapy clinics over the years. He states, “I often times experience a discerning patient who is looking for a different type of care. He or she understands the importance of paying one all-inclusive price that provides every possible tool to treating pain. These patients are interested in one on one personalized care, with no waiting time, and using state of the art equipment. Most outpatient clinics are accepting health insurance plans with declining reimbursements. Due to reduced revenue, they are forced to see high volumes of patients to stay profitable. This results in high wait times, no one on one care, heavy use of equipment, sharing equipment with other patients, and often times working with technicians or assistants, instead of the Doctors.”
Mr. Stephen L. Carter COO of PTCS states: “Our custom Physical Therapy service is a cash-based program and our patients only work with Doctors of Physical Therapy. We do not accept Health Insurance, Attorney cases, or workers compensation cases. We cater to the discerning clientele who are looking for a five star experience and are willing to pay for this premium service. We cater to high net worth individuals, Executives/CEO’s, working from home professionals, stay at home mothers, etc. We will travel to you, albeit home, work, your hotel, etc. You only need to walk outside of your front door to receive exemplary health care.

Physical Therapy Concierge Services (PTCS), LLC is a premium mobile physical therapy clinic that provides a full service therapy solution in a luxury Mercedes Benz Sprinter. We specialize in Physical Therapy for individuals with increased pain, decreased mobility and declining function. We use the following treatments to aid in your recovery:
Standard Physical Therapy
Only qualified physical therapists handle your treatments and are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and hands on care. We use computerized documentation, an interactive website, and state-of-the-art equipment.
This innovative treatment is painless, drug-free, non-invasive, and fast. It is used to treat a variety of pain syndromes, injuries, wounds, fractures, neurological conditions, and pathologies. Laser therapy has been used around the world for over 25 years and has been a safe and successful treatment.
Therapeutic massage can be used as a collaborative, supportive addition to conventional medical treatment of illness and injury, alleviating pain and stress, aiding soft tissue healing, and revitalizing the body.
Assisted Stretch Therapy
Assisted stretching can help improve overall daily function by improving flexibility, reduce risk of injuries, manage pain and discomfort. From reducing muscle soreness to alleviating aches, this all-natural therapy can help you overcome pain and achieve a healthier, happier state of being.
Manual therapy, or manipulative therapy, is a physical treatment primarily used by physical therapists, physiotherapists to treat musculoskeletal pain and disability; it mostly includes kneading and manipulation of muscles, joint mobilization and joint manipulation.
Therapeutic exercises refers to a wide range of physical activities that focuses on restoring and maintaining strength, endurance, flexibility, stability and balance. The goal of therapeutic exercises is to return an injured patient to a fully functioning, pain-free state
Dry needing is an approach to treat pain at its direct point, also known as a trigger point. A dry needle, one without medication, is inserted into a patients trigger point with the goal of releasing muscle tension and improving pain control.
Meditation shifts your focus to something quiet and calm, reducing inflammation and pain. “When you can get into that quieter state of mind through meditation, your body isn't releasing stress hormones into the bloodstream”. “The brain can then release endorphins, which is a natural pain reliever” says Dr. Sterling Carter, PT, DPT
Soft Tissue Mobilization
Soft tissue manipulation covers a range of treatments which aim to improve the mobility of stiff, immobile soft tissues and those with poor circulation due to inactivity or increased tension. It is also used to help mobilise scar tissue, thereby preventing long term recurrence of inflammation.
